Rick is a lifelong Carroll County resident who has over 5 years of experience in the Maryland Cannabis Industry. After two combat tours in Iraq in the early 2000’s with the Marine Corps, Rick turned to alcohol to deal with his post traumatic stress disorder symptoms. Multiple attempts at gaining sobriety through rehab and other ventures seemed futile, so Rick decided to open his mind and educate himself about the endocannabinoid system. His DUI arrest on 4/19/17 was a pivotal moment in Rick’s life. Not being a cannabis consumer at the time, it became a big part of his story. 4/20 is Ricks official alcohol-free date while also being national cannabis holiday.

Rick is a big believer in plant medicine. He believes that cannabis education is vital, and seeks to promote the relief it brings to increase the quality of life of so many in our community. He looks forward to continuing the conversation with you.
